Clevra builds and maintains digital systems designed to help businesses:

• Generate and manage leads
• Automate customer interactions
• Track business performance
• Improve online visibility
• Streamline operations using AI

Services may vary depending on the selected package.

3. Pricing & Payments

Clevra offers setup-based and monthly subscription pricing depending on the selected service. Payments may include:

• One-time setup fees
• Monthly hosting and maintenance fees
• Subscription-based system access fees

Failure to pay monthly fees may result in temporary suspension of services or restricted access to systems or dashboards.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Ensure timely payment of fees
• Use the system only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer Clevra systems

5. AI Systems & Products Usage

Clevra provides AI-powered features, tools, and digital resources, including the AI Consultant, Business Plan Generator, Business Name Generator, Screen Recorder, LeadFinder, YouTube Downloader, PDF Compressor, and Background Remover. By using these systems, you agree that:

• AI tools are designed to assist and recommend, not to replace professional or licensed advice.
• The AI systems can make mistakes, and outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
• AI-generated advice and generated deliverables (such as business plans and marketing templates) are for informational purposes only. Always validate with a licensed professional before making financial, legal, or business decisions.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any leads, scripts, files, or recommendations generated by Clevra systems.

6. Fair Use & Daily Limits

To protect our API allocations, server performance, and prevent token abuse, Clevra enforces daily rate limits on all AI-powered services. These limits are tracked locally per user browser session:

• AI Consultant is capped at 15 messages per day.
• LeadFinder is capped at 5 searches per day.
• Business Name Generator is capped at 5 naming runs per day.
• AI Business Plan Generator is capped at 3 plan generations per day.
• Any attempts to scrape, bypass, reverse-engineer, or script automated requests to these endpoints are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of terms.

Daily usage limits reset automatically at midnight. Clevra reserves the right to modify caps or withdraw access to these tools at any time.

7. Lead Generation & Results

Clevra provides tools to improve lead generation and customer engagement. However:

• Clevra does not guarantee specific sales results
• Business performance depends on client execution, market conditions, and external factors

8. Partner Program

Clevra may offer a partner-based referral system where individuals can promote Clevra services, refer clients, and earn commission per successful client activation. Partners must:

• Represent Clevra accurately
• Follow approved pricing and service structures
• Not mislead or misrepresent services

Clevra reserves the right to approve or remove partners at any time.

9. Data Usage

Clevra collects and processes data to operate its systems, including leads and customer submissions, website usage analytics, AI interaction logs, and system performance metrics. This data is used strictly to:

• Improve system performance
• Optimize client results
• Enhance AI functionality

Clevra does not sell user data.

10. System Availability

Clevra aims to maintain continuous system availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues beyond control

11. Limitation of Liability

Clevra is not liable for:

• Business losses resulting from system use
• Incorrect AI outputs, mistakes, or tool calculations
• Third-party service failures
• External traffic or marketing performance

Users accept responsibility for how they apply system outputs.

12. Termination

Clevra reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not made
• Systems are misused
• Terms are violated
• Illegal activity is detected

13. Changes to Terms
